We've outlined the steps of the booking process for your convenience:
Step 1: Email or call us with as much information you have about you and your group. We’ll need to know the approx. number of people, the date, location (Milwaukee or Madison) and the breweries wineries and/or distilleries you’d like to visit. Take a look at our public bus tour pages to get some ideas or to even choose one of our regular itineraries. This will give you a better idea of the price range of our tours, as well.
Step 2: Based on the information you provided us, we’ll send you a tour package designed for your group. You’ll receive your package via email and we will rework the details until you are satisfied.
Step 3: When the details have been approved by you, we’ll take payment to hold the date of the reservation. When payment has been received, we’ll confirm the itinerary stops and schedule a bus and Tour Ambassador for your group. One week prior to the tour, we’ll contact you to confirm final details of your tour and collect any remaining payment.
Step 4: Show up to your departure location expecting to have a great day with your group!
