We offer brewery, winery and distillery bus tours open to the public every week. Our small group bus tours will provide a fun, educational and safe way to visit multiple breweries, distilleries, and wineries. Local tour pricing includes transportation on our 14 passenger bus, tours, samplings and/or drinks at every stop. We also provide bottled water and snacks on the bus. Not only will you learn about brewing, distilling and/or winemaking, but you’ll also get to hear about some local and general beer history in Wisconsin and the US.
The East Side Beer Tour

Get out of downtown Madison and visit some of the hottest breweries on the East Side! This bus tour includes narration of beer history en route to our first stop, Karben4 Brewing, to get you some good background on the state of beer before we learn how beer is made. At Karben4 Brewing, you’ll have your choice of a pint of beer or a three sample flight before we head back into the brewery for the facility tour. From Karben4, we’ll head down the road to Ale Asylum. We’ll guide you through a beer tasting, discovering the origins of popular styles like IPA’s and Porters. Once the tasting is over, your delicious meal will be served! After you’ve had your fill of beer, history and food, we’ll deliver you back to downtown to leave you to your own devices.

Happy Hour Brewery Bus Tour

Hop on this Happy Hour excursion! We’ll sample beer all night by heading over to Capital Brewery to learn about the brewing process with a tour, pint of beer and souvenir glass to take home. After you learned how beer is made in a large production facility, you’ll visit a more modest facility, Hop Haus Brewing where you’ll see how they do it on the small scale with a sampling of their hop forward beer line up. From there, we’ll speed off to Rockhound Brewery which opened summer of 2016 on Park Street. Guests will enjoy a pint of beer or three sample flight and an opportunity to order a meal. After you’ve had your fill of local beer, we’ll drop you off at the Vintage Brewing Co. It’s like 4 breweries for the price of 3!

Country Roads Brewery Bus Tour

Hit the road w/ us and see what brewing gems the countryside has hidden within. With beer history on the bus on the way, we’ll start off the day at New Glarus Brewing’s Hilltop Brewery for a pint of beer or three full sample pours w/ a souvenir glass. Our Tour Ambassadors will lead you through their “Self Guided” tour through the brewery giving participants insights into the brewing process at New Glarus. Back to the bus and we’ll drive through part of SW Wisconsin’s Glacial Driftless Area to visit the Grumpy Troll Brewpub in Mt. Horeb for a three beer sampling or your choice of a pint. Last stop on the tour, Wisconsin Brewing Co. includes your choice of a pint of beer or three sample flight. After finishing at Wisconsin Brewing, we’ll drop you back off at the Vintage Brewing Co., it’s like 4 breweries for the price of 3!

Take the day and visit 2 wineries and 2 breweries! Wollershiem Winery features a 45 min. tour of the facility w/ a guided tasting of 5 house wines. Grumpy Troll Brewpub is next for a sampling of 3 house beers or your choice of a pint. Meandering over to Fisher King Winery after finishing lunch at Grumpy Troll, you’ll find our group set up for a 5 wine (of your choice) tasting. The trip finishes off right across the street from Fisher King with a stop at the beautiful facility of Wisconsin Brewing Co. which culminates in a tour, 3 beer sampling or a pint of beer.

Discover the world of craft beer and spirits on this local tour! Begin your day at Ale Asylum where our knowledgeable Tour Ambassador will lead you through a guided beer tasting. Take a short trip on our bus over to Karben4 Brewing for your choice of a pint of beer or a three sample beer flight and a tour of their brewing facility. After you’ve had your fill of beer, we’ll head down the Isthmus to Old Sugar Distillery where their staff will lead you through a tasting of their handcrafted spirits, discussion on the process of distilling and your choice of a craft cocktail.

Try out this tour for an evening full of sampling locally crafted beer! We’ll visit House of Brews for a tour of the brewing facility and a sampling of their beer. Next Door Brewing Co. is on deck for the 2nd stop with your choice of a pint of beer or a flight of three samples. They also feature a full dinner menu so this will be a great stop to grab a bite to eat! Finally, we’ll visit a tavern-style brewery, One Barrel Brewing Co. Take in the atmosphere here while enjoying a pint or your choice of three sample pours of beer.
